This gem in South Tucson is a real find. Everything you need is included, so if you just want to close the gate and hang out in your private compound just stop at the market on your way to check in and no need to go out all weekend! Otherwise, great restaurants downtown, shopping on 4th Avenue and the U of A are just a few minutes away. Too many choices!

ErichLaguna Beach, California · October 2025

We stayed here for parents weekend for U of A and it was such a cool place. They did a great job and we actually didn't even get a chance to use 90% of the cool house features they offer but the owners did such a great job in this place. I highly recommend this every weekend but parents weekend because we'd like to stay here again so don't steal it from us. JK. Thank you for opening your home to my family.

Thank you so much for having us to your beautiful home! The neighborhood is super cool, and walkable to the downtown area with amazing restaurants - lots of old adobe style homes all around. The house is gorgeous, well decorated, very clean, and stocked with anything you could need! Blackout shades in the bedrooms made for wonderful sleep. Can't wait to come back!

Wendy was amazing to work with! She was very helpful and instructions were clear. She was also proactive and responsive. The home itself was great! It was clean and looked like the photos. We also felt safe and were able to park in the carport behind a locked gate.

We LOVED it! Stayed 2 weekends in a row for UofA move-ins. The blocked in carport was wonderful! The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Wendy was an outstanding host. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into the house. Would absolutely stay here again!
