There are too many great things about this place to list… it was absolutely the most charming, welcoming, beautiful, family-friendly, and safe place to stay. Wendy was responsive as a host and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The amenities were so nice - having an outdoor shower and a jacuzzi to rinse and relax with after the beach was a total treat. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and there was just the right amount of decor to feel at home but not feel cluttered. Everything about this place was picture perfect, and the location in proximity to the beach literally cannot be beat! Thank you, Wendy!
Wendy's place was great. So close to the beach we didn't have to worry about forgetting anything, we could just pop back and grab it. The boogie boards were very much appreciated, as was the hot tub to relax after a day on the beach. The host was also very quick to respond. The coffee maker broke on one of the days we were there and a new one was delivered the same day!
I celebrated my wedding anniversary here. My husband and I had a great time. Fantastic location just half a block from the sand. It was a lot of fun and very relaxing. Thank you!
This place is charming, as is the neighborhood. Quiet and comfortable. Quick walk to the beach for sunset and morning walk — sea lions were very entertaining! Plenty of room for up to 4 adults. Great location for Channel Islands National Park. Host was helpful & responsive. I recommend this home.
Beautiful and cute Bungalow. All amenities needed with a coffee bar which was great. Outdoor area is fantastic and relaxing. The beds are extremely comfortable and loved the decor. It was hot and humid but they provided ample fans. The evenings were perfect as we opened all the windows and let the fans do their work. So close to the beach as well. Loved it.
Worth every penny! Perfect little place just a small walk to the beach. The convenience of the location cannot be understated for a stay at Silver Strand. The additional amenities like the hot tub and the extra fans to keep it cool were a great plus. Very happy to have stayed here!
We had a wonderful stay at Wendy and Alan's place. They were very responsive and helpful when needed. The hot tub was wonderful and the home was very comfortable and cozy. The beach was an easy 4 minute walk. Would stay again!
This is a very nice, quiet place. Made it easy to relax after some long work days, it was nice to be able to walk the beach and relax in the hot tub.
